Mom and wife

I've always wanted to be a mom and I truly love the job.  And it helps when your better half is just as invested in the job of parenting as you are.  But before all that, I received my BS in occupational therapy from Utica University and worked in the pediatric speciality for over 20 years.  While originally from upstate NY, I moved to southern NH in 2007 shortly after getting married.

I began to seriously pursue my longtime hobby of photography thanks, in part, to my youth hockey player who wanted "good hockey photos."  I dusted off my old Nikon, began taking formal photography classes, and from there my love of hockey photography quickly began to expand to other styles.

Dog Lover

Besides being a dog lover, I am also a natural people person. Having worked with children and their families for over 20 years, photographing families was a seamless progression for me. In fact, born into a creative family with a strong artistic background, I truly enjoy creating an image of any kind that will not only inspire you visually but touch you emotionally.

Therapist

While I am passionate about photography, I am equally passionate about helping people, and because of that I  work part time as an occupational therapist.  After working in pediatrics for most of my career, I recently transitioned to working in geriatrics and I truly find working with this population both humbling and inspiring at the same time.  Here's a photo of my dad Hank (82) who's always down for a photo shoot and my mom Maureen (80), an admitted introvert.
